I've got one that I picked up while working in a machine shop.It is like a feeler guage set with multiple blades,each has a row of teeth on it that matches either fine,coarse, or metric threads.Since you can see the match it seems like it is probably easier since you don't have to thread the bolt in or the nut on.I got it from our machine shop supply house.

I have one each metric and standard like Panel's got and a couple of plastic ones with holes to size the bolts. I kinda like what Luv's got, you could always wear them as necklace. :)
