Alright guys. I've got a dilemma. Alright as you probably know i got a 69 chevy. It's got some pretty bad surface rust and the rockers are not the most beautiful things in the world and the cab corners are non-existint. It's got a rebuilt 350 with 1.94/1.5 valve heads that have been shaved .020, It's got a summit hot cam (.292 duration/ .488 lift), Performer RPM intake, holley 600 cfm carb (that doesn't work), 8.78:1 compression pistons. I need to adjust the valves and fix the carb to get it running right. It's got a rebuilt 700-R4 with a shift kit. Alright I've been offered 500 for it back home in SC. Should i take the money or Say HECK NO and get it out here to Shreveport, LA. I've got about $2200 invested in the motor and the cost of the truck.

$500.00 is almost an insult I would say.

At times these old trucks can get you down but if you hang on to them, you won't regret it.

alright nuf said the truck is coming to Shreveport. Hopefully I can get it looking good. Maybe i can get Mudder67 to run over my neon when i finish the truck.
