4l60e tranny rebuild?

My tranny in my 94 took a crap on me last week. To make a long story short I am going to rebuild it myself. I have rebuilt turbo 350's and 400's before. My question is is there anythig that I should watch out for? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance JIM

I haven't been into a 4l60E for rebuilding but I do know there are many updates for wiring and solenoids on these things. The shops had plenty of these in for shifting problems and check engine lights coming on. keeping them clean during assembly is going to be the trick.
