OK, here we go. The following fuel cell be constructed will be that of YukonJack's. I am about a week late getting started but, none the less, here we go. First, we cut the "blank" for the biggest part os the cell.

Looking good FCG. Post some pictures as it progresses and when you start the welding process. I'll get you a sketch as soon as I get it done (get time).

That doesn't look like it's going to hold fuel ;)

Made my day seeing those pics. Keep them coming, eager to see the baffles and the rest as it comes together!
This fuel cell is going to sit on my flatbed and be secured by angle iron on the sides that will bolt to the back of the headache rack.

FCG, do you have cost estimates for a replacement tank for say a blazer tank? I'd like to have one built for my 71 LWB Fleetside.

FCG I also would like to get a price. I need a fuel cell for the 4x4. I have a poly blazer tank but don't really like the way it looks.
Could a guy have your tank powder coated? You are useing aluminum ( SP ) right ? Anyway thanks for the info. Landon

Could I have an estimate in a fuel cell for this Blazer here? it's kind of low and I would want something that won't scrap on every driveway that I pull into.
Thank you.

Hey Paul, I know that scott had originally designed that to have a Fuel cell in the back between the wheel wheels. (inside) I can have contact you if you'd like.

mhhhh???, I never tought about putting a fuel cell inside, I just went with what seemed more logic and get one under the rear floor behind the differential, did Scott have any drawings or mock ups of that cell?
I've been talking to Scott via pm, but I never tought about asking him what he was going to do about the fuel cell, I'll get in touch with him.
Thanks Piston. :)
